I was recently told by my doc that I have a lower level of testosterone. I know there are a few options (androgel or axiron). Are these disqualifies in the eyes of the FAA? Appreciate any feedback.

No they are not. Also you should look into aveed. Recently approved in the US. One injection every few months. No risk of contaminating your woman with a gel. Much less of a pain.
