I would like to know the processes in a Delta interview and if you pass
it how long is class room training and how long is OJT conducted for?

If it's anything like UA...
You will have a take a DX test to see how much you know, followed by a typical HR interview.
Make sure you know AIM, weather, approach charts, regs, etc.
Do you have an interview?

No just waiting for this position to open

Bwahahahaha.... You don't just waltz into Huff-Daland dusters.

You're looking at first 3 years hard experience. Then the resume review. Of the last 24 hired only 2 were line dispatchers. All were supervisor and above.

If you get past that, then it's the testing battery. Math skills, reading Comprehension. and the always fun personality inventory.

If you're in the 33% after the battery you will proceed onto the panel interview here there is a dx skills test.

Finally, if selected, you're looking at 4 weeks of initial class followed by 300 hours of OJT followed by 3 line checks.

Good Luck!

Sounds on par with everything I've heard, very tough process.
