Schumacher was great. He was a brilliant and amazing talent, and has the hardware to go with it. He was able to be absolutely cold-blooded in his perfection. Senna, however, made the impossible.... possible. Things like his win in Brazil.
It's not that Schumacher had any weaknesses. He's the complete talent. However, it's just impossible to be better than the best. He's the Rossi to Senna's Agostini. He's the Kobe to Senna's Jordan.
