After reading @ZapBrannigan post about airbuds in the sight of passengers yesterday, I happened to catch an episode of air disasters on the Smithsonian Channel last night. What really stood out doing this episode was what happened after they landed. Check out this link and fast forward to the 35 minute mark (or watch the entire episode).
The following is the actual footage of the pilots leaving the aircraft. (See the 9 minute mark for the pilots)
Now, I'll be the first to admit I don't wear my hat, but I do think its so important to come across as a professional no matter how others treat you. How you dress, talk, and perform, no matter where you are, reflect both you and our profession. How do you want to be portrayed if you were the ones they were talking about in the video?
