@Screaming_Emu Not this year, but I was last year. Right now I'm on the MV Matanuska headed up to Juneau. ^.^ About 14 hours away from my new home! ^.^

Otherwise I would be there. I know very, very many people there right now, including perhaps a handful who work in aviation in this great state of AK. ^.~ Most are leaving today, though.

Well, I mean, the whole micro VLJ craze was a little ridiculous from the beginning and I'm not surprised that it didn't really pan out for anyone except Cessna, whose plane isn't really a VLJ and though from what I understand met Cessnas expectations certainly didn't sell the gazillions of copies that guys like Eclipse were predicting.

Nice! Its a great ride isnt it? How was the Wrangell Narrows? That is my favorite part of the trip.

Absolutely amazing... a truly beautiful little passage. Decent shiphandling, too! Though to be honest, I'm a little disappointed with the weather. On one hand, it's absolutely beautiful. Perfect. On the other hand, I would have preferred to pick up some decent action on the offshore part of the journey, and I would have welcomed a lot more wet. Would love to be on this ferry in 70kt long-fetch winds picking up huge rollers. ^.^

Hahaha. That can be quite a ride. The offshore part can certainly be quite a ride. Even on a nice day! Glad to see you are getting some nice weather to see the place.
