The -900's are doing a lot of "flag" stops for fuel. It's not replacing the 757-200 as promised.
Yep... weight restricted a lot. What a freaking dog. Hopefully they'll keep the 757s longer as a result.

Unless, of course, we like continuing to bounce cargo, passengers and adding stops in PHX in order to fly SAN-JFK like the 757 did with a hand tied behind her back!
I have yet to have a weight restricted or fuel stop -900 flight.......
Ok.
I have no idea what to do with that as we work for two completely different airline that probably use the airplane much differently!![]()
I know.
We do use them A LOT though on transcons.

You guys leave pax and bags behind all the time going to Hawaii.
I love having the -800s and -900s on the ANC-SEA route. Take a full load, and two jumpseaters. The -400s are iffy. I barely made it on last time.
I'm starting to realize that the only thing that can truly replace a 757 is…. another 757.
That's why Anderson said what he said in his latest release. Basically, we're done with the 737... quit trying to stretch it, we want something that can perform like the 757.

Yep.. the "MAX" is going to share that POS... and the trim wheel. Just with updated screens.
cuh KLUNK cuh KLUNK ROOooOOOOOoOoooOOoOooooOH!
I love the Boeing jets but man, the 737 is like a factory-fresh 335i with roll 'em up windows, a 8 track tape deck and a server rack behind the front seats.
