There are very few decent neighborhood in Portsmouth, but the Waterview area is one of them.

Yeah. We found that out very quickly. The girlfriend is working at the Naval Hospital, so it's a perfect location. I'll deal with the tunnel a few days a week at odd hours. The new tolls have really eased up congestion during rush hour, so it should work out just fine.
