ATP republic airways conditional offer of employment

Does this only apply for fast track grads who instruct for ATP. Or does it also apply for someone who did self paced option and instructed somewhere else.

Also if anyone has gone through the process I would appreciate your feedback

Who cares? Republic is hardly a choice place to work anyway, thus why they are trying to snag 'em early at ATP. If you get your 1500 hours anywhere, you ought to be able to find a better regional as a free agent.

Republic will hire anybody with 1500 hrs. Not just ATP guys
