Ah. Well I hope he moves up the chain. He isn't perfect but he ran a good ship for a while, just couldn't keep up with all the changes and problems that came up.

Anyway, hope he's doing well for you. I miss having him sometimes just because he was a constant fixture around here that I knew worked hard and wanted things done correctly.

I worked with Joe a lot when he was sent to the CJC side of the house. I think he got overwhelmed by the disarray of the operation. I agree that he had good intentions but the stress I'm sure was too much to handle at some points. He's been behind the scenes at CP for now but every once in awhile his name appears on a few memos. I hope I get to work with him again. He would tell it like it is and there wasn't too much sugar coating. I personally like that a lot about him.
 
Smokin Joe Restifo...I have the utmost respect for that man---to this day one of the best CPs I have had the opportunity of working with.
