Looking to split time/time build

Low time commercial ASEL AMEL pilot looking to build 100-200 hours. I do not own my own plane, so I am looking to split time with someone who has there own plane or access to a cheap rental. I am located in Massachusetts but willing to travel.

What is the cost per hour? All of my flying was done in FL.
