I have my CMEL, CSEL and instrument. About 50hr Multi Time and 300TT. I live in Northern Missouri (Kirksville) but am open to anything in the state. I cant afford my CFI right now unfortunately. I have experience as an intern at a corporate company flying 421s and at a part 135 cargo company. Thanks!
 
Ideal aviation at CPS has a traffic watch gig. 2 C-172s fly 2 shifts/day for about 2.5hrs a hop. Maybe they'll help you knock out the CFI along the way. Also, I think Air Associates in KC has a mapping gig that sounds like a decent deal. Mins might be a little higher...500TT, I think.
 
I'd second or third the skydiver gigs. Worked well for me, especially if you aren't planning on getting your CFI. I drove and hour n a half several days a week just to get the time, but looking back, it was totally worth it
