Agreed. Including fines for anyone who makes ANY reference to the movie (i.e. quotes, scene dissecting, etc)

I made one Top Gun reference at the start of the midnight, an older almost required coworker said;

"You're not going to do that all night are you?"

"I am now ghost rider, these next two, I'm gonna tell delta to speed up and the other guy is gonna hit the brakes and he'll fly right by"
