Nope. Saturdays have always been tough, Fridays make it next to impossible....The last few years I have gone out on Saturday after our football events (playoffs) but being on Friday Id ahve to fly out Friday in teh afternoon, and then leave on the redeye that same night back ti minny by the morning......Its a bit hard to jsutify spending a bunch of money for a few hours in vegas,,,,,,,,,

No flight bennies = No bueno..... Believe me it aint about disliking...Spending less time in Vegas than in the air to get there is a deal breaker.....I wish I could make it, my wife wishes I'd make it. I miss it indeed....

Yeah, what's the deal with that? United buddy passes on SFO-LAX were about $30ish each way. I had a friend use a Delta one on the same route and it was almost $100 one way! That's more than a revenue ticket a lot of the time. What the foxtrot is with that pricing, sheesh.
And Id expect nothing less.......
Looks like the party will have to wait til 2014.
Oh Jim, do you have any idea the lengths that @H46Bubba has endured to make events?
Believe me I do.....It is a feat to be admired. If I still worked for Northwest (you know, the company yours bought), I'd do it in a second. It just isnt practical to leave spend $400+ dollars to fly to Vegas on Friday (afternoon/evening) and then catch the red-eye back 5-6 hours later.....
Now that would be nice.....The only (work) travel I do for for now has been training classes and that is once a year maybe....
