Crap... Sorry man. That's never good news to get. I've got some recent experience with that as well (minus a kid being involved) and the number one thing is to look out for yourself. It sounds like you are in a good place to do that right now, just getting started with CFI school. Stay busy. Stay happy.
 
Sorry to hear. Maybe it's right time to start a new chapter in life. At least you don't have to move half the world away.
 
Ugh women. I know the feeling... twice. I really can sympathize with you... Surrounding yourself with old friends and new friends is what I can say makes it a little better.

I'm very sorry to hear than man. Go pass that CFI and don't let this get in the way of your career. If she would do that to you, clearly she isn't worth your time. I wish I could say something to make it better....

I should be in Vegas and if I am, the first round is on me!
 
Traveling a lot, a book, and another degree? Sounds like her family was pretty low on her priority list anyway.

You'll be better off, keep plugging along and kicking ass.
 
Sorry to hear. The way I look at is that's the price of finding out what kind of person she really is. Better to know that now I suppose.

Each time a relationship ended I thought it was the end of the world. And then I found somebody even better and forgot how bad it was.
