Ok, after a side by side comparison of these 2 homes, 1 thing is apparent! Danny Zuko (Johnny Travolta), outta be ashamed for living in such deplorable conditions!

He has a 707 and a G-4, 5, 6 (whatever that is), but he ain't got no underground hanger! Ppppppffffttt!

What a slacker!

Apparently he's even thought to include a private landing pad for stealth alien space craft o_O

... and a private ATC Tower to ensure the aliens have a safe arrival

garden railroads are pretty numerous out in the world but this guy really went all out, probably spent nearly a couple mil on it.

Are you near that area? Our farm is literally across the river.

EDIT: So... apparently it isn't literally ACROSS the river, according to @rframe. But it IS literally on the other side of the river.

Well, according to Webster, "across" means: in a position reaching from one side to the other

So, if you're farm were literally across the river, then you own water. Are you a fish farmer Steve? And if you are a fish farmer, then riddle me this: How do you milk a trout anyway?
 
Now, don't ya'll come flying in and buzzing the neighborhood. We likes to keep things quite out in my part of the world. Maybe someday I'll organize a fly in picnic for JC pilots at my farm. Only taildraggers, tho. Taildraggers with beer in the back. Any interest?
