ATP Done!

I started a thread a while back about doing my 737 Type and ATP and can finally report that it is done and in the bag!

I had about 1K in type and the folks down there at Higher Power set up a program for experienced pilots for reduced time and cost. Great guys down there and the whole process was exactly as I expected in terms of professionalism and efficiency.

Now, I shall enjoy some beers.

I did it for future opportunities and to open up some new doors to progress. I'm not dying to leave my current place and if I'm there a while longer then I'll be fine. But I had to do my ATP and it was a relatively good deal to throw the type in too.

They had to alter the training program after they learned that I didn't have the 737 type on my FAA license but it came to 9 days of ground and sim with the checkride. I was very impressed with Higher Power and would gladly recommend them.
