We got ran over by one the other day in our king air(200). He departed about a minute after us and within like 3 mins he was only a mile in trail and like 50 knots faster and climbing. They gave him a vector to climb around/in front of us.

Yes sir and we have 2 of them. 1 -8 the other which you see in the pics is -10. We also have a 421C going to resurrect her from annual soon. We're the largest operator of C310s however now those are great survey platforms! But yes conquest low n slow in NY bravo can be challenging. If unsafe call it off! I'm usually poppin gear and TO flaps with 900-1100 lbs of torque to get the ground speed just right for the cam to cycle properly at low alt.

Survey in a conquest II, that is bad ass!

It`s fairly used around the world for survey, my guess was due to AVGAS not being easy to get in many places where a survey may be needed.

We have a Reims 406, company that sells those mainly outfits them for survey and surveillance.
