How does one get in contact with the people that run them?

Best place to look is www.crashpads.com . That's where I found mine in JFK last time. Other than that, you're looking for signs hanging in crew rooms.

I know but pilots from LGA I know call it crew gardens because there are apparently alot of crash pads there haha.
