As many of you know, I've been doing the blimp thing for a couple years now, but it became apparent to me that in order to have any kind of career in fixed wing, I needed to get out, the sooner the better.

Well, I managed to pull it off. I start with Ameriflight in June, thanks to the help of a couple people here between questions I've asked and helping me along the process. I'm very excited to get back to fixed wing flying. But most importantly I'm happy to be part of a community that will help people out to find what they are looking for.

Thanks guys, it will be quite the jump from a 35 knot bag of gas to a Navajo, but I think its something that I look forward to being a bit challenging for me.
 
Congratz. Best wishes on continuing your flying career. You'll probably be complaining about Amflight soon but that's to be expected. After all, we're pilots...
 
Congrats. Aviation, like life, is a journey. It's all just part of the process. Sounds like you're enjoying a peak. Again, congrats.
 
Congrats man! The only difference is that the numbers are a little bigger, that's all.
