Used to pay decent when I worked there, since then there have been several pay cuts, I have been told its in line with first year Regional FO pay now.

Uhm... What are the requirements? What's to stop a CFI from applying and taking the benefits but then going to another regional? Or to stop a CFI who doesn't want to go to an airline to take them up on this and just drag it out while getting benefits?

Like any CFI can afford the fee's of American Airlines employee pass travel.

Like any CFI has time to use them. Working at these types of schools is basically indentured servanthood. There are NO weekends.
