Yup, Lycoming AEIO-360. Have to feed less cylinders, make cost of operation that much better.

I'm really a fan of the IO-390, a little bit more fuel useage for more punch. From what I've heard the 2A still holds a good amount of energy through maneuvers, I've only flown a 2B though. Sigh, my S1S fund is so dusty and empty.

Yes it is. He was working on it couple years then stalled. I will get it in the air within a year all parts are there.

The O-390 STC for the PA18's is on my list after I win the powerball. On floats it's off the water in about four seconds.

I love the S2A. I would love that exact one in the pics. Fantastic for Pitts transition training at a lower operating cost.

FedEx donated a 727 to the University of Alaska Anchorage at Merrill Field. I got a couple pictures of the airplane on approach. It is the biggest plane to ever land there.
