I Can't Log In From Afghanistan

This is Winnie for Dale. He can't log in from Afghanistan and neither can his friend who also has an account. It says "the server is not responding" and never even opens the site at all. Please email Dale at < redacted for now >. Thank you.

That is bizarre.

Was your last login from the computer which you couldn't log on with? I can see if its my server, your ISP or just zombies mucking it up! :)
 
yes, first I cleared my history and then I called you, then I skyped with Winnie and asked her to login under my account and then I tried here again. Then Jim emailed me and then I tried again and was back...IDK ZOMBIES!
 
What provider are you using?

The one at Bagram occasionally gave me problems like that last summer, for no particular reason.
