Okay ya'll... Looking for tips on interviewing with ExpressJet. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
I interviewed last Oct 2012. They may have changed the format, but from what I heard, it is still the same. I also posted this in the other blog about Expressjet. The recruiter will briefed your group about the tests. 3 tests in the morning, NEO, Cognitive, Delta Airlines pilot test, personal questionnaire and a short essay, to be completed between 7:30 - 11:30. Lunch is available at the cafeteria, cost about $5.00. After lunch there will be a Powerpoint presentation about the company...... talked/discussed about the ERJ, CRJ and the coming of the MRJ, Mitsubishi Regional Jets, company, pays, benefits.... for about 30-45 minutes. There is a one on one interview with either the recruiter or one of their line pilots about your application. I interviewed with the recruiter who called me for the position. Interview can last between 20-45 minutes. Mine was about 25-30. After the interview, someone will bring the group across the street to their HR department and go over your documents/application. You will also be fingerprinted, then off to drug testing. They will hand the group a taxi voucher to the clinic and back to your hotel. Our group was told that if you make it through the Delta test, you are about 90% OK. If you need additional info about the interview, please PM me, I would be happy to answer any questions.

thanks !
