I have about 1500 hours in the 55 and always heard people say that the Aeronca TR's were junk. But I never had any problems with them! Go figure.

My brand new Zulu 2s are resting comfortably at home lol. The company doesn't want metal headsets used because they scratch the windows. Plus it's so quiet, the Bose do fantastic. They are lighter and have a much slimmer profile.

It took me a good 300 hours of flying ours to see any issues, but once they started...
Come to think of it, I think it was right around the time mikecweb started flying it with me.
When I was in the 55, we kept ours stowed because the usually wouldn't stow after they deployed. The owner told us "Only in an emergency."
