Fired for?

I say pick up your flight bag and move on. I wouldn't spend money on an attorney to fight to go back to work at a place like you're describing.

First, I probably would have fired you for lack of communications skills. Forget the other things. Work on that.

But, as far as your situation, it's impossible to know whether you actually have a wrongful termination case or not, since you've failed to provide meaningful and understandable information about the specifics. But regardless, your worry about the so-called "right to work" laws coming into play is incorrect. Those laws don't apply to the rail and airline industries, because state laws can't trump federal laws. Federal whistle-blower protection laws in the AIR-21 Act protect you from being fired for writing up mechanical discrepancies. Anti-labor state laws can't override that.

I was kidding, but the sarcasm in my statement is proven when you don't have much more than 50 bucks left after food per week.

You could almost feed yourself on 250 a week, big ballin'!
Possibly, but then I wouldn't be able to afford te heart medication which would result from eating nothing than sodium loaded instant foods like top raman for my entire career :D

I dodn't even come close to spending $250/week on food. A mix of trader joes(love to premaid salads and the rozen dinners) /smiths(they usually ave a decent veggie/fish selection) and eating out, but I defnately wouldn't be able to afford much extra...like you know...A place to live.

Yeah, what are you guys eating??? Diced lion? My monthly expenses are 500 a month! Food, gas, car insurance, beer, ect. Add rent and I only spend 1100 per month on average. In Minneapolis no less.

It is 250/week for Lear FOs. Doesn't improve much for the other stuff really. We have had some lovely SJS guys seriously put their resumes in for the FO slots here on JC. Really really sad IMO.

You get what you pay for...From what I understand, the lear is no plane for a 250 TT pilot to be messing arund with.

Nothing wrong with that to be honest. 800' is hardly IFR ceilings. 1/4 SM, well... at least you've got a shot at it.

That's what I was getting at. 91 he could take a look and maybe that's what was expected. Then we go back to the "airport closed" statement.

How do you post a few lines and everyone is trying to help you by understanding the problems, You don't show up and responed to anyone?
