While you're complaining about others complaining, which I have to admit is a nice touch, there are some folks over there at Republic that are working to make things better for everybody there, including yourself.

Now I don't mean to come down too hard on you, but instead to enlighten you to the plight of your soon to be coworkers. Republic has got some good folks from the ones I know, and none of them are the type to complain for no reason. Everybody I know over there is a hard working, honest to goodness good person, and instead of wondering why they could complain so much about their gig, how about you try to realize that they were once like you, and are in the position they're in for a reason.

Once you understand that reason, you'll understand why folks are so upset.

I'm not trying to be a smartass but that was why I asked the question in the first place. I'm not acting like a know it all because I honestly don't know a whole lot about RAH and if there are hidden negatives about working at RAH then I'd like to know. We've all seen the website and know about the typical negatives that every other regional also carries. I'm still a firm believer that one shouldn't complain about something in which you had adequate knowledge about and had choice. If you could be more specific in what I'm not realizing I would be thankful for the information. We are all working to make things better, that is why us pilots pay our union to represent us. If you don't think they are doing a good job then we collectively have the power to fire and elect a new union.
