First time around, I read this as "small black man in a dusty town."

And that made me sad for you, Derg. Very sad.

Oh, flying public. You're so silly. Common interaction back in my CS days, after bending over backwards for a pax and often over-looking policies to get them home:

Pax: "I'm never flying United again!"

Me: "We're the only airline in Redding."

Pax: "I'll drive down to Chico next time!"

Me: "That's still us. I would have also accepted 'Thank you', I'll see ya next time!"

Almost every complaint you ever hear from airline pax stems from ignorance. People who were travel savvy were often entitled, but they at least made sense.
