Sunglasses Suggestions

I've worn the same pair of polarized Maui Jim's with a thin wire frame for 12 years now. I swear by them as the best $250 I ever spent. I've never had any problem seeing out windows or seeing any instrument displays in planes in the AF (beechjet, 135) or in the airlines (saab, q, crj, other planes i've rode the j/s on). I think some folks' eyes aren't wired right. :D

You're going to get a lot of Nancy's telling you "OMGZ!!!! NO POLARIZED STUFF!"

I have worn both, it makes little difference.

You will see spots on the heated windshield on the metro with polarized. Most of the time it's real light but every now and then its dark and very annoying.

You should have seen it in the Cheiftain and the Lear. But, it never really bothered me. I don't wear polarized sunglasses anymore, simply because the last pair of sunglasses I had that were polarized were eaten by by dog when she was a pup.

I wear polarized lenses and don't really have a problem with anything besides seasonal allergies.

Useless without pics.

Oakley Whiskers non-polarized. The Maui Jim's are pretty nice but I didn't have any experience with polarized and CRTs so I didn't want to buy them and find it drives me crazy.

I got the Ray ban aviators, they are horrible. I feel like they are always going to break and they slide off all the time. Avoid if you can.

I am thinking about the Serengeti medium aviators. I am so sick of crappy designer sunglasses and how they break, and nobody backs their products up.
