CFIs are responsible for conducting flight, ground, and simulator training under FAR Parts 141 and 61. Minimum Requirements: CFI, CFII, and a FAA 2nd Class Medical. Competitive annual salary plus full comprehensive benefits plan consisting of medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, sick time, holiday pay, etc. Build hours quickly in Phoenix weather that allows for year round flying with little down time. I'm trying to finish up my CFI certs as quickly as possible to try and get on with them. From what I've heard it's a great place to work.
 
I have quite a few friends at Transpac and they enjoy it. It does have some downsides but they're minor compared to most CFI gigs. The quality of life is pretty good here. If you can get in, go for it.
 
I want know about the interview? accomodation, cost?

as I am coming from europe, I need a place where to stay, I can buy a car later.
