Three planes, what would you own?

Always fun to think about the day you hit the lotto and can get that toy you've always wanted. It also says a lot about a person's personality. So, let break it up into three categories:

Realistic: something that is actually obtainable based on your current or foreseeable situation, or a plane you already own.

State lotto: something thats probably going to be beyond reach unless you hit the 10 mil. jackpot, but you wouldn't be able to keep up off that lotto ticket for ever.

Powerball: 200 mil. in your pocket, go nuts.

So for my realisitic slab:

Hard to beat a 185 for speed and haulability. I thought about a 210, but i'd rather forgo the gear mx, give up 10 kts, and gain so much more. Throw a 550, big prop, and wing extensions and its really the most versatile plane ever.

My state lotto ride:

Go fast and haul. Sure, there might be more "practical" planes than the MU-2 like a king air, merlin, etc. but screw that. This is twisted steel and sex appeal. Real ramp presence.

Finally the powerball piece:

I know you might say WTF? that's it? Yes, a lear 25 isnt all that expensive relatively speaking, nor big, but its SP. Yeah, i just hit 200 mill, but i dont wanna have the hassle of having a pilot on stand by 24/7. I'd rather head out at 1am for a trip to vegas if the mood so struck me. I dont have enough friends for a G550 anyway. I'll just call net jets if i wanted to head across the pond.

So, whatch yall got?

Realistically : PA12
State Lotto: L39
Jackpot: Singlepilot Citation, or a Phenom (I really want to fly a Phenom)

Realistic: Dismond DA-29
State loto: A Turbine Duke. I know Mike and Travis hate it, but that's a sexy plane
Powerball: Probably also a phenom. That plane looks awesome. Not my favorite plane in the world, but of I wanted to go longer distances, I'd rather be in the back getting my drink on.

This is also why I picked the Phenom. If it takes more than an hour and a half...well I want someone else to the flying and a beer in my hand.

Realistic: B-25. The wooden balsa wood model sitting in my closet.
10 million: A small fleet of Cessna 210s. In one seat cargo config. Had too much fun in those things.
Jackpot: Call me crazy but a 99. With an STC for spinners on the gear and a boom box and amp in the cockpit. No seats in the back but padded like the Zero G. Flat screen in the aft cargo area. Bright red underlighting under the cargo pod and fully functioning paintball cannons cut in the wings.

And im totally serious. =-D

Realistic: RV-8

State Lotto: Same as AS2be...King Air C90. Although I would love an L-39 too...can you get both with $10m?

Jackpot-Falcon 7x. Not really sure what I would do with it though...I just think it's cool.

If there was a way to get a F-16 or F/A-18 or something...I'd be on that like a hobo on a hotdog. I don't even want to know what the mx+dead dinosaurs cost for one of those would be, though.

Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think any Lears are single pilot airplanes. Either way awesome pick!

Realistic:

The other two don't know, I change my mind daily. They would be burning Jet A, though, I do know that much.

You talking about the plane, or the girls in the first one? I'm pretty sure the plane is cheaper.

Realistic - PT-17

Stearman-04July05-overRFD-3.jpg

State Loto - P-51

NorthAmericanP-51_2.jpg

Power Ball - I would buy a whole bunch of cheaper things in addition to the two above. ASG-29, DC-3, Extra 330, and a private airport to live on with the whole fleet.

Nothing I would buy with Lotto money would burn Jet-A. Those are work planes, not fun planes (L-39 and other former military aircraft excluded). :)
