Just got my multi and single CPL, 260TT, 180 Multi. Any chance to get a job in skydive operations, pipeline or photo/map survey in Colorado, Denver area? Just started on the CFI stuff, but if able to get a job before that, would be awesome. Any ideas, hints, job offers :) would be apreciated!

What part of the Denevr Area you dewelling in? My family and I are shooting to move towards castle rock area this year sometime.

As a sub 500tt guy you are pretty much out of luck without a CFI these days. I could see skydive, but pipeline and such usually want at least 500TT.

Anyone know decent jobs in Denver for 1200TT, 1000 Dual given, BS Aeronautics and working on MS Engineering? My wife just got into her masters program in Denver and we're still waiting on the other schools. I'd like to know what some options are, and yes, at the moment I'm still avoiding the regionals unless I have to. I also lost my 135 IFR mins when I lost my logbook and went to the backup. Lost about 200 hrs as well. So 1286 TT is my verifiable time. Thanks.

You never "lose" flight time. Worst comes to worst, just document your lost hours to the best of your memory, make a note about it, and sign it saying its accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Yeah, I need to call the FSDO on that. I have electronic logs from work and my old logbook with all of my endorsements (Thank God), but I lost all my point to point data. So I was at 1400 TT, 1100 dual given (that I can still prove), 1200 PIC, and like 650 - 700 point to point. Now all I have is 300 point to point and 250 xc. So just a bit short there. Still hoping the movers tossed some items into some weird box, but I've got through all of them, just haven't unpacked about 20. Who knows.

Anyways, I might have to go to the Denver area, and I know the National Guard wants UAS pilots. Other than that, any decent gigs out in Denver?

Let me save you the dime for the phone call. Actually, let me save you the frustration of talking with an inspector who may or may not understand the rules. Here is what FAA Order 8900.1 (the Inspector's Handbook) says on the subject in paragraph 5-321:
5-321 LOST LOGBOOKS OR FLIGHT RECORDS. Aeronautical experience requirements must be shown for a person to be eligible for the issuance or to exercise the privileges of a pilot certificate. A pilot who has lost logbooks or flight time records should be reminded that any fraudulent or intentional false statements concerning aeronautical experience are a basis for suspension or revocation of any certificate or rating held. The pilot who has this problem may, at the discretion of the ASI accepting the application for a pilot certificate or rating, use a signed and notarized statement of previous flight time as the basis for starting a new flight time record. Such a statement should be substantiated by all available evidence, such as aircraft logbooks, receipts for aircraft rentals, and statements of flight operators.

The value of having your signature notarized is that it substantiates a date when you signed it.

Yeah, see at the moment I have paper logs for everything and 2 8710's that give me checkpoints to my times. I added everything I could, still short with all the side flights and those that didn't keep separate records. Oh well, I'm still not back at 0. The only thing I would really like is for the FAA to say that I qualify for the 500 point to point which would make me 135 IFR qual.
