Colgan to enter BK?

Not sure if anyone on this site has talked about it but over at APC there is talk of Colgan cancelling all future classes starting with the March 5th class and a possible BK on the horizon. Is any of this true?

Supposedly the way they've separated the companies and holding groups you can BK just one. I don't understand it fully, and my info could be wrong.

Bankrupting just Colgan and a BK judge going after the JCBA... that would be a freaking nightmare! :D

Say all this nonsense comes to pass and the DOOOOM is real, I'd like some answers about this stupid out of seniority furlough crap:

Let's say, for giggles, we furlough all of Colgan due to some deal worked out with Skywest when they buy the Q's. As soon as we need to hire we have to bring these out of seniority furloughs back into the fold at their ISL number, doesn't this just prevent the inevitable cost of training?

Someone told me this happened a long time ago with some company (Eastern I think) how did it work out then. One way or the other, we're all one pilot group now, the BK judge has to be able to see that right? I'll be God damned if the BK judge in some Chapter 13 Emergency filing can just severe the Colgan pilots off our list. Is the bankruptcy judge actually Phil Trenary in this made up scenario?

Furthermore, the successor-ship language of the scope says the Colgan guys can go with the airplanes too, and they would have rights on the JCBA as they get sold. So it's not all doom and gloom, everyone would still have jobs right?

This all seems so dreary, I wish everyone would just smile.

Also, as our negotiating committee guy pointed out last trip, how in the hell is all this crap not bargaining in bad faith. Can't we nail Phildo to the wall, and his cronies, I would like to see some jail time for them.

You have to be bargaining (in Section 6) in order to be able to bargain in bad faith.

Interesting, but the article is no linger available.
