Thanksgiving on the road?

Whatever you do, do not go to the Denny's even though they have turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing.
Last Thanksgiving I walked in to the empty place and the lady says, "Baby, It's just you, me and Denny's for Thanksgiving." I was depressed for days.

The holidays are the one time of year I don't mind being in Moline.

I'll be at TEB, but it's a 6 day'er so I'm going to try and airline back home the day before thanksgiving. I'm hoping the weather will be nice in the NE, or this could have some real potential.

Hey a former KDPA pilot. Sweet, me too. I'll be off on my birthday thankfully. :-)
 
i was in the desert for thanksgiving, christmas, and new years last year. luckily i'll be home for thanksgiving and christmas this year.
 
I'll be on reserve at home, hoping they won't call me before the turkey is done. I do have the day off on friday so maybe i'll get released early thursday.
 
I drew The Day Before Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving off. I will be in STL for simulator, though, so I may zip out to see family in southern Illinois.

If not...JC Thanksgiving in STL?
 
Do they have turkeys in Rota Spain??...:) because that's where I will be. Hopefully my squadron will think of something though, Thanksgiving is usually my favorite festivity!
 
I actually get to be home this year. If any of you wretches will be in Seattle that day, bring some clothes to get dirty in (oh yeah, were playing some football), and an appetite and I'll come get you.
