Falcon 2000 does not require the use of prist. We have a fuel/oil heat exchanger..
I'm guessing that this is a company policy. The Citation X does not require prist, per the AFM.
The Pilatus POH requires an anti-icing additive (hasn't actually been Prist for years. It is typically FS2.) anytime the OAT is below freezing at any point during the flight, which is every flight.
