Yes, Shawn "who signs his name at the end of his letters" says publicly that bankruptcy would be the very worst case scenario, so I imagine it's his first case scenario. Furthermore, you can't unstaff your airline, get millions in fines each month for crews missing and broken equipment and expect the airline to amble along. Don't worry though, once we park some of our airplanes as a part of the chapter 11 we'll be properly staffed.

I need a picture of our management team of a year ago and today and photoshop the title of "Wrong Stuff" in the pictures.

i don't see us filing for bk. seems like that started on the mesaba side since they are the ones i heard it from over a year ago while on a dead head. in fact it will be hard for them to file for bk with the huge payout they are going to get from delta next year for all the base realigning and training costs. also the new bk rules won't allow them be able to just throw our contract out the window. not saying bk isn't possible, just don't think we are actually that bad off. we will just have to wait and see.

We will all be in trouble when the company (XJ, 9E, 9L) settles out of court concerning 3407 with the recent "smoking gun" e-mails.

He didn't assign me an upgrade years ago, I went into his office explained what happened, he apologized and fixed it. Maybe you should just call him?

Maybe yours. My bid was correct, along with everyone else in the crew room this morning.

FS isn't MH, he'll actually respond to an email.
