I used to run in to these guys on the road all the time flying for a semi-similar outfit in the same aircraft as many of them. Second hand! With that proviso the answers are Pay: 65k Captain 40kish F/O, Schedules: Something like 15/13 IMS...but all training and "other duties" done on your "days off". Morale: Rock bottom. If anything they seemed more demoralized than we were, which is going a ways, particularly since we were paid slightly less and worked quite a bit more. I was considering applying for a CA slot and their universal advice was "don't." Additional Data Point: They are prohibited from drinking on the road. At all. Ever. Probably why our morale was slightly higher!

Wish I had better news. As always, I'm subject to correction by someone who actually works there.
 
Above is accurate, to add a couple things, they just bought around 10 Hawker 800s from NetJets which they will need to obviously put butts in the seats. They expect to hire 40-50 by mid 2012. One big thing that a lot of people dislike is you are not allowed to have any alcohol at all during your 15 on. You are home based. Morale is not rock bottom, but it could be better.

Indeed, I am monitoring them as well. A friend of mine just to hired there recently and another friend interviewed for the Citation but what they did to him I find pretty incredibly disrespectful so I am proceeding with caution. That said, ATP and type rating would be really handy for me as well as the jet time, not having to move, not having to take a pay cut to advance the career would all be nice.

Honestly, if you haven't experienced life on the road for two weeks at a time, you have no idea how much that would suck. Flying or sitting waiting to fly for 10-14 hours a day. Finally drag your sorry ass in to the hotel with your sleep cycle 180 degrees off where it needs to be, and you can't have a couple of glasses of wine with dinner to help you pass out? No, thanks. I'd rather wash dishes. The only thing that made life even halfway tenable at my former employer was that they had a "bon vivant" attitude towards overnights. "Work hard, play hard, be ready to fly in 12 hours". Anything less is indentured servitude.

I don't have any personal knowledge, but there is a website, which is informative about flight, that has a 20 some page thread that doesn't make it sound very appealing.

Yeah sitting on about a month's worth for the next time I'm unemployed. Moving all my stuff from Hilton to Marriot and then to Holiday Inn (Inn of Last Resort) is going to suck, though.
