PNCL pilots are our brothers! Unity?

Now you're getting into "Status and Category" which is apparently tough for our feeble minds to understand. But here goes my college try.... In order:

Group 1) Anything not brewed in Texas
Group 2) Anything brewed in Texas

I think I nailed it!

Hold on a minute now. What if something in Group 2 has been sitting on the shelf longer than Group 1? That's not fair. Shouldn't it be drank first and rewarded for time spent on it's on shelf......The debate continues :)

Why would you reward some skunk beer? Age doesn't count at this level... gotta move to the majors, like j.walker.

You're argument would be valid for all beers other than those brewed in the loner star state. But then again, they would already be in group one so never mind.

It should also be noted that the arbitrator will erect enormous fences around the entire state so now everyone wins!

All I gotta say is, whatever happens tomorrow, let's all just move on. There's no sense in stressing about it. Look at the list, get some beer and move on. I mean, look at DAL/NWA. They had 12000 pilots merging and everything seems to be okay over there. Don't let this turn into the East/West deal. We are at a REGIONAL. We will all eventually upgrade and move on. In the grand scheme of things, this is something that all pilots in this industry will eventually go through.

I'm not painting you as junior. Let me get this straight, with this new information you have a 92 hire, a 93 hire, a 97 hire, your 98 and 99 hires go down to 17ish on your list right? 17 out of 600 is what? 2%? same # down our list is an 88 hire, next guy down is an 88 hire. Next guy on your list is an 02 hire? IF your intent is to paint yourself as a senior good luck, to my knowledge everyone has the lists and I think everyone can do addition and subtraction.

We are not a we yet. Combine three airlines together and yes we are a junior group. I am simply exposing Smitty's little red herring about current facts. Trying to distract us with a single 92 hire as somehow negating Walters point is weak and transparent. HOLDING onto that little factoid (which still puts that 92 hire about 10% down our list) and pretending it's relevant is a bizarre way to convince anyone. I'd say it's more "preaching to the choir" than anything else.

The fact remains the top 550 guys here have a median seniority of 11 years. Even from that chart it's easy to see the first Colgan guy doesn't even come into the picture until the 19 years block. You don't even start talking about any real block of pilots until the 8 year tier (about 20 down). That slide show information is from the roadshow about 3-4 months ago right?

I have not said that we were not a junior pilot group. It is true.

Walter said that 9L's most senior pilot was a 99 hire. I told him that wasn't true.

That is all.

Apparently, the arbitrator likes watching us bicker, so he is giving it a once over, over the weekend...

My beer isn't gonna lost that long... Beer run I guess

Arbitrator Bloch has informed us that his decision on the combined seniority list is complete but he wishes to give it a final review over the weekend. Please stay tuned for more information.

I guess he wants to see who's "left behind" Saturday night before putting out the final list...

Lets just make our own Seniority List and present it to the union. Call it good.

Reputable JC Members with a good track record of no verbal diarrhea will be placed in Group 1. There are a couple or three on here that would be placed in Group 1000 and busted down to Lavatory service persons.
