Is that you MikeD.....? I remember when I was on The Ranger, enroute to Perth and we were tied to a ship identical to the one you were landing on...We were taking on supplies, fuel, etc....There were a couple of helo's going back and forth....Some Ra-Tard decided he wnated out of the Navy....What did he do you ask...? He jumped from mid-level into teh sea between the carrier and the supply ship. We had to do an emergency break-away, cu the fuel lines, etc.....We the guy didn't get out of the Navy he bunked in the Brig for a long time and then when we got back to San Diego, they kicked him out....

Yup. Gotta use the helipad for something when secured from flight quarters and there's no flight ops going on.

Nice, did many a low approach or bounce to the NUC. Pretty cool area for aerial sightseeing, though the NAOPA can get a little sporty at times, being MARSA and common use and all.

I was supped to fly a training trip out to KNUC this morning, but then I got reassigned. To you guys it's probably no big deal, but I cant wait to get to land on NUC & NSI and see those places.
