Hello all,

Got me an interview lined up at Piedmont for the 20th and wondering if anyone has gone to the interview recently or knows anything much about the process as I can only find gouges from latest 08. All i know is that there will be a 50 question ATP based test and that there will be a sim ride. I'm assuming the gouges are going to be slightly similar, but hoping for some more up to date info.

Anything will really be appreciated!

If you hear anything, please let me know, wings.
I just received an invitation for an interview. As of now, I'm thinking of May 25.

I ran across a recent gouge:

I would love to know that as well, I applied in feb but got a reply stating my multi wasn't enough. Last I check they wanted 1000TT and 200Multi i don't know if its changed. Does anyone know? I currently have 1800/125

Is it possible to call Bob Trout and speak with him over the phone about a resume? I have not found a number, and I'd like to ask him if there's anything I can do to make myself more marketable.

I have heard a lot about them taking on pilot with less than minimums is this true and what do you think would be the lowest I call Bob and I am waiting for him to call back.

What was the number that you called? I haven't found one yet for him

They really like professional flight majors and will hire them below minimums. I interviewed the other day and have an offer with a bit over 900 and 50 multi. The other guys interviewing were mostly in that range but we had heard of others with significantly less time being picked up too.

Congrats on the offer!

Did you by chance see / talk with anyone with a 4 year non aviation degree and below minimums at the interview?

Yea that's too bad. They had one guy in with similar time and a lot of turbine experience but he failed the written.

Doh! I'm really toalking about the fact that most of the higher time guys aren't even getting offered the interview...what'dya think?

Yea I would not be happy if I were in that situation. I guess they place trainability over experience but sometimes it seems a bit too extreme / unfair.
