Bose customer service

Just gotta give it up for Bose customer service. I had a crackling in one of my earcups, so I sent the headset in last week. They fixed the problem that I mentioned to them, and a bunch of stuff internally that I didn't even know was wrong. They also gave it a full refurb including new ear cushions, mic windscreen, wool cushion for the top, whole new cable\control box AND put in fresh batteries for me. They also overnighted it back. Awesome awesome job by Bose. One more thing that I love is that you get an actual person on the phone when you call their aviation department. :rawk::rawk:

I need to send mine in but can't afford to be without my headset for too long. How long was yours gone?

Sent my A20 in for a problem in the right ear cup and had a new one on my door step 3 days later. The thing I love about Bose is they send out your new headset (priority shipping) once you drop your original off at the UPS store. Oh did I mention they pay for your shipping label and email it to you also? Print and send. Gotta love it!

I sent mind FedEx ground last Monday, they got it Thursday and it would have been on my doorstep Friday AM since they sent it overnight, but I wasn't home for the delivery so I got it this past Monday.

I had a similar experience recently. I sent in in for a minor crack, and they refurbed a whole bunch of stuff. Their CS is top rate. I even filled out their survey (something I never do) because I was so impressed with their service.

I send in headsets quite a bit (our customers tend to be rough on them from time to time) and its nice that not only are you talking to a human, but they are in the US and I haven't come across a rude person yet. A20's you'll get a free shipping sticker via email with a quick turn time and the X's seems like it takes a week and a half-ish for it to return.

If its within the 5 year (almost positive on that time length) its a good possibility you can get it repaired for free.

Yup, 5 yr warranty. My repairs cost me a total of $12, which was the cost of shipping the headset to Bose.
