Martex Martinaire Freight Pilots

They even let the competition maintain their aircraft! Its pretty awesome! But thats just a rumor... and it only happens during peak.
 
For those who want to fly the Caravan, Martinaire has a few spots opening up soon. Bear in mind the good, bad and ugly in my previous post. You might have to take a less desirable run for a while until something you want opens up.

Requirement are 135 mins, previous 135 and/or 208 time is a plus.
 
the place isn't that bad...Im out in RDU and i had to fly standby and the plane in EWN (new bern, NC) broke, it wouldn't start, so I flew from RDU to EWN about an hour then I had to go back to RDU. Although since I got there late I had to go to Greensboro(GSO) but since I had to help load 1000 lbs of freight we got out of there about an 45 min later; BECAUSE of that I was to fly from EWN - RDU (refuel) then head to SDF...DAMNIT!!! so a nice 1.4 hr rountrip turned into 6.5 round trip, got to SDF around 3am then left around 1pm the next day both ways dealing with some rain, ice, snow....must have made about a dozen pilot reports.

like stated in the above posts...only the pay is dismal, most other things are pretty good!

the ELP run is done int N208TF...the 530 makes life easier and shortens the trip by about 1.5 hours.
 
uh, no it doesn't the gps maybe saves 15 min. and that is only if the airspace isn't hot. I have done the trip for a week at a time now twice.
 
I'm on the GUY route now and its not that bad. Better then my old run out of Hugo. That one was too short and really nothing to do in Hugo.
 
No I did it just after it stopped going to DFW. I did however have to fight with "people" explaining that five hours in the fbo and three on the ups ramp do not an eight hour rest make.
 
I'm still impressed with the Lubbock sort twice a night that consists of lets throw everything in piles on the ramp and we'll "figure" it out.
