Charlie, thank you! I appreciate all the info, and input you gave me while I was considering Eagle. I'm excited! Now I can start thinking about new questions, like what equip and base...:)

Bid where you can afford and want to live, in order, from first choice to last. If you can hold the Embraer, I recommend it for creature comfort and schedule flexibility. The CRJ is the Caddy of the fleet but schedules are hard to deal with currently. The ATR doesn't get the love it needs and is an oven in the summer. If you've got the stomach for island hopping, Miami and San Juan are beautiful places filled with exotic women. But the pay sucks after year 1.

a few years ago the exotic women would have been a clincher!:cool: I'm happily (very) married now so being closer to home (SAT) would be desirable. I will probably aim for the ERJ in DFW. I wish the CRJ was still in DFW I would have jumped all over it!

I'm sure I will be the OLD guy in class, so I will have my pick I'm sure.
