It's quite a bit faster... I assume this trip was recent. Where I am, we've had winds out of the west at 40 Knots plus off and on for the past month at 2,000 AGL. Damn spring winds..

We had some high winds up here in New england recently as well.

the red button is an aux PTT button.. the button next to it toggles the autopilot between heading mode and GPSS

The sandel worked pretty well. However it doesn't handle a sun glare very well..
