Serious advice needed.

I should add even though I mentioned it before. If they just told me the truth I wouldn't have cared. In fact it would have raised my SA and it would have made a little more sense why my life sucked so much donkey balls.

You don't owe this company anything. The 'burning a bridge' argument is a null point in my book. If this company is that shady, what else are they doing?
Move on and don't look back if you want. Or blow the whistle. It's what you can live with that really oughta matter in the end.

Granted, I'm not adverse to burning a bridge if it keeps a pack of zombies on the other side of the river and away from the rest of the world. Granted, I'm the guy that basically called in repeated napalm strikes on a former employer as a part of a larger plan. Will that bite me in the ass someday? Maybe.. but it's a call I made and I don't regret it. I hear that the pilots at that company just got a great new contract. I wonder if the leverage the negative publicity provided might've helped? I think it might have.

Your call. Nobody would think less of you either way. Glad you got out before it got really twisted.

Oh? Whats up with that? It would be great if they didn't have the horrible 24/7 on call combined with the organ donor routine. I was pretty sure that will kill people one day.

Colgan Air just got a joint CBA with Pinnacle and Mesaba. The Colgan brand is being retired. I'm not sure but I think the pilot groups might eventually be merged. Either way, they've fought long and fought hard and finally are getting some long overdue respect. I'm just saying that sometimes speaking up helps more than just you. If what I did helped, it was worth it. Sometimes to start a revolution, you have to stand up on the hill where the other side can see you so you can wave the flag high enough so your people can see you.

There's risk in that- it exposes you to hostility. It's really all about what it's worth to you to stick your neck out. Will it accomplish something if you do? Is what you might accomplish worth the risk of what you might lose? Win or lose, will you sleep soundly at night knowing you did what you thought was right?

In the end, man, you're the only one that can make that call. We can help you hack out the logistics to see if certain things are possible, but in the end you're the one putting his ass on the line. Like I said before- nobody'd think less of you either way. It's a damned hard position to be in.
