daily pic

Autozone quit doing the checkengine light thing a while ago IIRC. And exhaust can be one of the most frustrating things on a car, especially looking at the temps in the picture. I'd imagine that means lots of snow on the ground, which means lots of road salt, which also means lots of corosion and stuck bolts/nuts.

Check with your local states emissions laws to see if the cat convertor is still covered under warranty. Some states now REQUIRE them to be covered for 10/100 now.

As far as I know they just stopped doing it in the Socialist Republic of CA. I was able to use their code reader in a Nevada store recently. Go figure.

It recently became illegal in California and Hawaii for a non-certified person to diagnose a car with a diagnostic equipment.

I'm ready for spring. I think Maryland goes a bit overboard when it comes to salting the roads. Thankfully last week I was able to get a break in the cold and wash it off. I'm sure it will just come back again during my drive home tonight.

Holland Tunnel rare view. Usually clogged now double speed :)

Not an airplane, I know. It's my dog, she just recently passed away unexpectedly. I got the call on the way to the airport. :(

Near the base of Diamond Head on Oahu (the RAW format color is much more vivid than this crappy .jpg :():

Can we request a photo of Kailua Beach at the boat ramps towards Turtle Island (KMCAS)???

Do you know what plant that is in the pic????

You can request it, but I don't know when I'll be back in HNL. :)

Nope, what is it? I walked 7 miles that day, partly to get a picture of this plant in front of the ocean. I'd seen it a week before, but I didn't have my camera with me. Great contrast. I might re-upload to flickr and see if it'll show up better on here.
