I noticed that FSA got moved from the Sponsors section. Obviously that means they are no longer sponsoring this site, which I must say is sad. I had noticed that there were no longer FSA banners at the top of the pages too. I guess this is yet another sign of the state of domestic training.
I will keep holding my breath for this looming pilot shortage :sarcasm:
 
From what I hear, IPs are starting to leave left and right. I also heard that they had scheduled a stans class of 15 recently and only 4 showed up.

That is true too, also that class is being multi stan'd initially too and that's all they could attract.
 
Oh let's be friendly, folks.

They were our first sponsor, I never once had to send them a past-due notice (unlike another sponsor that is no longer with us! :)) and always quick with the reply when I needed something cleared up when a student wanted an intermediary to work out an issue.

They're good people. LOTS of us are getting our butts kicked in this economy.

Wow. The last time I remember them doing something like that was in spring '07 when all the instructors were leaving to the airlines. I'm guessing there are several IPs that still do not have an MEI.
 
Stanz for the 141/61 side (nowadays) is a joke. Then along side that it appears they are also running JAA stanz. Can anyone else confirm that?

Guess they're forecasting a shortage this summer in the JAA programs??
