No offense taken. I hate riding in the back on my own aircraft. I don't know how they do it.

That sucks, they easily had the best frequent flyer program out there as far as the time it took to earn rewards. Seeing as most of their highest yielding routes, such as DAL-HOU and Bay Area-LA Area, are very short flights, this will probably piss off a lot of their most loyal customers.
