4 Aircraft Diverted to GFK

GFK had some surprise visitors this afternoon. A B753, A320, B738, and a DC95 all were diverted to GFK due to the snowstorm in MSP. All are scheduled to leave early tomorrow morning and I am expecting some people, including myself, to be watching them depart. The live of an aviation nerd haha
 
Today was a good day NOT to be trying to commute or non-rev.
 
Meanwhile...the Grand Forks Police Department warned of dangerous driving conditions between the airport and 42nd Street due to a significant accumulation of frozen drool...
 
I was kicking myself all yesterday for not having my camera handy when I went out to fly with my student, it was perfect light conditions. It was also fun listening to ground having a field day trying to figure out how to park the 753, since it was the last to come in.

I don't think that is all drool, knowing how nerdy some students can be. I'll just say those few like airplanes more than girls.
 
I spent the day in 80 degree weather at the beach... I must have missed what was happening in the rest of the country. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
