Pilot faking Doctor?

He almost sounds more competent than a lot of the worthless quacks I've had to give gobs of money to. He's not to far from me and after this he's probably taking new patients.

On the bright side, there's some movement at United.

First Tim Martins and now this guy. Lesson learned folks is if you are faking stuff about your past then don't go around bragging about it.

Re: Real United Pilot: Fake Cardiologist - Flying Safe

Worked with him doing the medical sims......we were all dumbfounded when we found out...still can't believe it, it rings of "Catch Me If You Can".....

That's what I was thinking, pretty crazy. Though at this point what does the degree really matter?

I get what you are saying but it does speak to a serious character flaw and lack of integrity so I wouldn't want him anywhere near me or my family. If he truly wanted to help further medicine he would have done something in a consulting role without the MD title. What if the roles were reversed? Would you want a Doctor piloting an aircraft with your family on board who didn't posses a pilot certificate? I wouldn't.

If said pilot was Bob Hoover in a silk scarf, I wouldn't mind.

More like, if you're faking your credentials, sooner . . . .or later, you're going to get caught. He appeared to have gotten away with this for a very long time.
