I have a phone interview coming up with IASCO in Redding, CA for a CFI position. I'm having a hard time finding information about the company. Has anyone interviewed with them or worked for them before? Any insight at all would be greatly appreciated.

around 40 minutes, they ask about your times, flying history, and ask you to teach some random flight maneuvers.

Phone Interview is no biggie, they want to find out who you are, tell you what they do, what you will do there, and if you are interested...then they schedule an in person interview. I had one a couple weeks back, and determined it wasn't for me. Good luck!
